Between September 16 and the end of the year, all Giant Eagle and GetGo locations are asking for donations at the register and the gas pumps to benefit Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.

Amazon Smile

Amazon Smile is an easy way for the Food Bank to raise money in support of our mission. Participants shop online via the Amazon Smile portal, and Amazon donates 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases.

From September 15 to October 5, Food Lion Grocery Store of Meyersdale will host their annual Apple Bag campaign. Proceeds from the $2.99 apple bags and register donations will benefit the Food Bank.

HBO will donate $1 to the GPFB for every item purchase (4 pack, 6 pack, 12 pack, etc.) of a “Pittsburgh Brew”, or beers brewed in the greater Pittsburgh area. They will also ask customers if they would like to donate at the register as they check out.

Sullivan Super Service’s is hosting their 20th annual food drive! Customers who make a monetary or food donation we’ll be provided with a $25 off coupon for their next repair. In addition, Sullivan Super Service staff teams up and competes against each other to collect the most donations. The winning team enjoys prizes and breakfast cooked by the losing team.
