    Scouting for Food 2017

    Scouting for Food is the Boy Scouts of America-Laurel Highlands Council’s annual food drive, the largest of the spring season. Scouts collect food in their neighborhoods and many conscientious corporations participate by collecting food or hosting a Virtual Food Drive. This region-wide drive helps the Food Bank and hundreds of families get the food they need.     Stamp out Hunger 2017

    The National Association of Letter Carriers’ “Stamp Out Hunger” Campaign is the largest one-day food drive in the nation, collecting more than 70 million pounds of food each year. AND 2017 is the 25th anniversary of the program!     Highmark Walk

    Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank will once again be participating in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community, sponsored by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. The primary goal of the walk is to help participating organizations raise money for their individual missions.
