You can make a difference in reaching Pennsylvania’s goal to end hunger.

The Food Bank, our member agencies and the people we serve benefit from two nutrition assistance programs funded by state government: the State Food Purchase Program and Pennsylvania Agricultural Surplus System (PASS). Please join your fellow Pennsylvanians in sending a letter to Governor Wolf asking him to strengthen these vital programs that help feed people in our community.

Last year, thanks to advocates like you, we were able to secure increased funding for these programs during a difficult budget season. But the funding is still not adequate to address the need in our community and the rise in food costs over the years. Help us succeed in strengthening these programs again this year.

Send a letter to Governor Wolf urging him to increase funding for the State Food Purchase Program and PA Agricultural Surplus System (PASS), two vital programs to fighting hunger in our commonwealth.
