Pumpkin Spice Latte

3 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Low-fat Milk (Frothed)
1 Cup Coffee or Espresso
1 Pinch Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brew 1 cup of coffee or espresso into a mug.
- In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix into mug of coffee or espresso.
- To froth your 1/2 cup of low-fat milk, pour milk into a mason jar, secure the lid on top and shake for a minute. Then take the lid off and place into the microwave for 30-second intervals until it’s frothed to your desired consistency.
- Pour milk into mug and add a pinch of cinnamon on top!
